No. Only the person whose name is on the badge is allowed entry. Each individual must register for his or her own badge.
Yes, but you’ll need their basic info handy (full name, address, email, qualifications, etc.) A confirmation email will then be sent to them and they’ll need to finalize the registration on their own. Please note: Complimentary industry passes are limited to 4/people per company. If your team consists of more than 4 people, additional employees can gain entrance at a discounted daily rate of $60/4 Day Pass (available at the industry registration area).
Yes. We have roaming security throughout the LACC that will stop you from entering the exhibit hall or programming rooms if you do not have a badge. Please either apply online or on-site for your industry badge.
No. Each badge issued belongs only to the person’s whose name is on the badge. If you are going to send someone else, they need to apply either online or on-site.

Yes! We will hold on-site registration June 28-July 2 at the LACC in Room 303B. Please bring a business card and picture ID. If you do not have these items, Anime Expo reserves the right to refuse a complimentary pass.
No. You press badge grants you access to the LACC’s exhibit hall, common areas and surrounding programming rooms. If you would like to attend a ticketed event (concerts, Masquerade, etc.), you may purchase a ticket online while registering for your industry badge. Tickets are also available on-site at the LACC Ticketing Booth.
No. Due to security purposes, you must present a valid picture ID to an Anime Expo staff member in order to pick up your industry badge.
We will email all approved members of the industry a detailed description of when, where and how to pick up your industry badge once that information is confirmed. If you plan on registering on-site, please visit the LACC Room 303B to register for your badge.
